A: Yes. Our online Reservation Form contains the option of Renovation Cleaning; by selecting it would allow our specialist prepare the proper equipment for the job. If further assistance is needed in regards of renovation cleaning, please contact us at info@qualitycleaner.ca or 1-416-490-9677.

A: Is your company pet friendly?

Q: Yes, in fact, our founder and many cleaning specialist are pet owner themselves.

What If I’m not satisfied with my cleaning?

At Quality Cleaner, client satisfactory is our greatest concern and priority. To ensure every client receiving the best Quality Cleaner experiences, all reservation will have a “Designated Checker” to supervise all task performed by our specialists. Furthermore, all “Designated Checker” are required to go through a checklist with all clients to make certain that they are satisfied. Q: Do you clean any outside surfaces of the home?

A: Unfortunately, due to our insurance policy and safety concerns of our employee, such option is not available.

Q: Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

A: Yes, and alternatively if you would like us to use your cleaning supplies we would be happy to accommodate you.
